     You know this is all well and good and I am in full agreement with
it.  There is this small problem I have though.....what about bait
fish...bait fish are some of the most diseased fish I see and they are
rarely from the watershed they are used in.  Is anyone trying to do
something about that???  At least most hobbyists are informed enough to
know what species they have in their tanks.  The average fisherman, not
only doesn't know what he has, its origins etc, but at the end of the
day I can see him releasing the rest of his minnows into what ever body
of water he is fishing in.
