I have recently inherited some 38W (yes, that's right NOT 36W) flourescent lights. These require special aquarium only tubes which are much more expensive than normal tubes. My question is whehter it is possible to rewire them to fire on 36W tubes (I'd need to increase the space between the terminals etc.)
Does anybody know enough about this to be of any use?
