I agree with Paul K. that the plant in question looks like a Bacopa species; don't know which one.  Bacopa's are in the Scrophulariaceae (snapdragon family) not in the mint (Lamiaceae) family, so they should not have a minty smell.  Probably no smell unless the flower has a scent.
