After back-and-forth emails with PetSwarehouse about what (in their
opinion) I could or could not say at my website, I have removed them...

I know a lot of the APD members have websites set up with your tanks and all
on it. Why not add a link to the BBB (as posted) and the quote so that
anyone visiting your site will know that this is a bad place to do business.
You might really spell out that it's not PETwarehouse but the guys with the
S.... in their name and plants. That has been confused several times on the
list and we certainly don't want to diss a good provider. Remember
petSWEARhouse, buy their plants and you'll be swearing! I think that would
be an apt reward to have 50 or 100 sites spreading the word since they feel
they have one site that has bowed to the pressure. Mr. Ed you can refer any
of your problems with me on to the law firm of Bartley, Golfstein, Bollato
and Lange in St. Louis. They'll be the ones eating your lunch. Gosh, makes
me want to set up a website just so I can post that BBB link! Instead of
trying to fix the problem they've just making a bigger one. Not a very
smart business model. So to paraphrase that English lady, PetSWEARhouse,
you are the weakest link, you have to go, goodbye :-)
