I have the same tank, and I would say no, unless you're only growing
low-light crypts and such. I'd go with something like a 96 watt compact, two
55 watt compacts, or four F25 T8 lamps. I use four T8s myself in a homebuilt
hood that cost about $100, lamps included (GE SPX41s).
