[APD] frogs in aquarium

I have a recently installed a small 3x6 feetx2feet deep outdoor planted
pond/aquarium, sunk in the soil.
The fishes are molly and guppy.

In the coming rainy season, I expect many frogs to enter this. What change
in the eco-system is expected with frogs entry?
Does frog excreta/urine cause any problem?

What is frog/tadpole`s interaction with fishes?
