Ummm, Dwight, the "Subject:" should have been "Re: Threads" since I posted this 
same plea on Aug. 16 and it was difficult to find it to repost here since the 
Subject: didn't match. <g>

The APD archive has a swell feature that allows you to go forward and backward
through all the responses to a paricular topic or thread ("prev by thread",
"next by thread"). This is accomplished by matching the Subject: line of posts.
If you change the Subject: line willy-nilly when you reply (or accept the
default "Subject: Re: Aquatic Plants Digest V4 #4xx", the threading capability
is not usable.
