Shipping cross the 'nadian border

Hi All.
   If theres anyone from Canada or the Northern US who's shipped across
the border, would you please e-mail me personally.  I have some basic
questions that I'm hoping could be answered.  The most primary of these is
if theres a way to cheaply ship them, as the only way I've been told is
airfreight, which is about $35 per box.
