Re: NFC: Snake River dam removal proposal



Hi Scott
actually it was the stream  bypasses. Several popped
in with ill-considered arguements against them,
including one who is supposed to be a biologist in
that area who has worked with salmon.

one arguement was that private owners(in desert areas)
wouldnot want these streams across their lands.
