I have been maintaining a 55 for my daphnia culture. They have been getting the gram flour diet. With this recent dead animal thread I decided to throw in a chicken heart. Well who ever said it they were right, It does turn the daphnia a red color. I don't know if I now have more or if they are just more visible. No bad smell yet on day 5. Jeremy
