I found this herbal remedy on a plant site and thought I would see what 
everyone elses opnions are on it.  I would need to use it on white worms, 
red worms and fruit flies.  What does everyone think?

Coriander (Cilantro) mite spray from

Workes for:
spider mites
aphids

Use equal portions of Coriander (whole plant) and water.
Boil the mixture for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool and then strain and use spray as required.
Spray directly on infested plants.
Refridgerate excess.
