<OK, the Potassium the fish won't mind. But Chlorine is not good surely?
Don't confuse chloride (Cl-, the ion) with chlorine (Cl2, the dissolved
gas). As is the case with ammonia (NH3, the dissolved gas) ad ammonium
(NH4+, the ion), the ion is harmless at low concentrations and a normal part
of water and invertebrate and vertebrate metabolism. The dissolved gases
are quite toxic.
