3M makes so low-tack repositionable spray adhesive that
allows you to repeated reposition the item. 

But nothing beats the AHS reflelctors for reflecting. AHS
even sells their reflectors separately so you don't have to
buy a whole kit if you don't need it.

I'm not sure why they do that, but they do.
