[APD] Can a 30w glo-mat fire a 30w T8?

Hello,

   I just got a 30 watt T8 Triton. I'm curious
to know if my glo-mat rated for one 30w bulb
will be able to fire it? On the box, it
recommends only T10 or T12 bulbs... I would
have to get the right endcaps to fit the
bulbs in.
