I have gotten many of my Caulerpa species from the LFS. Also, believe it or 
not there are always some types of marine macroalgaes available on ebay. I have 
also gotten a few from here: <A HREF="http://www.inlandaquatics.com/prod/tr_algae.html";>Tank Raised Algae</A>

And yes, Turtlegrass is a legitimate vascular plant and not a macroalgae, 
that does well in an aquarium environment.
