RE: Aquatic Plants Digest V5 #378




It's a shame he needed to file even a THIRD lawsuit (will it never
end?).. 

I DID have to respond, though, and say that I'm not one of those who
would stand up and clap if slashdotters take his site down, but not
mine... I mean, to me this isn't about such things.. Slashdotters don't
always act rationally.. This isn't a conspiracy and slashdot is not a
gun to point at psw... 

Novack's legal harassment will certainly bring about some consequences
he won't enjoy (I've never been so sure of that now..), but I'm not sure
Slashdot is the right deliverer of justice.. The COURTS are (and they
will be... Grin). 

And to think he could STILL just drop all this nonsense.. It MUST be
getting hotter for him!
