Defense Fund
Hi,
I've been an observer of the lawsuit almost since it started. Last weekend's
barrage of attack email from the plaintiff finally inspired me to get
involved, and I've sent a check to the defense fund. And, you know, I feel
great that I did that!
The fund is described at http://216.168.47.67/psw/Fund.htm. While you're
waiting for it to load, why not write a check to "John Benn, Trust Account"?

It would be so nice if someone could find a basis for taking action against
the plaintiff for malicious prosecution or whatever other civil wrong that he
has perpetrated. I'm sure that one will be found eventually. Perhaps he
will then have the pleasure of setting up a defense fund.
Some have complained that this topic has nothing to do with plants and should
be shifted elsewhere. But most of us in our daily lives rarely have a chance
to stand up for important issues such as free speech. This is such a chance
and I hope that many take advantage of it.
As I said, I feel great after sending that check to the fund.
And I don't use CO2, either.
