I'm personally offended that you would apparently stretch Loh's
comments as far as to infer that he's comparing the terrorist attacks
to the settlement agreement. That definitely would not be the way
that I would characterize what he said. Personally I see no need for
Loh to demean himself by posting a retraction. I'm not offended by
Loh's comments to this list. That's my opinion.
As I have said before, Loh is one of the finest people I know. Same
goes for Tom Barr who, when I discovered I was about to be added to
the proposed amended complaint, was the first to encourage me and
offer a little human kindness.
What's not to admire about people like that?
I'll bet Loh understands as much about our constitutional rights as
many of us do, so that makes him an American in my book. He and Tom
are welcome at my house anytime. Just look for the flag in the window.
