With all due respect, maybe you should read the history of this case
before you preach at us? All of this started when someone asked about
petswarehouse, and then Dan gave a detailed account of his experience,
including his unsucessful attempt to deal with them and get the problem
resolved:

You might also want to familiarize yourself with what the Better
Business Bureau has to say about this particular vendor.
Now, without the benefit of hindsight, how would *you* have answered the
question about buying from petswarehouse if you had been in Dan's
position?
I do think that discussing the details of the lawsuit publicly is
dangerous, especially before the pretrial hearing. And IIRC, Cynthia or
one of the other defendants asked us not to post about it a few months
ago (I'll have to look that up). But the messages that started this
whole mess were perfectly proper.
