Last round of CO2 question(hopefully)

I hope this round of CO2 questions to be my last for a long time.
    I have a CO2 cylinder, and a regulator.  What else do I need?  
Needle valve? Check valve?  Diffuser?  Bubble counter?   some or 
all of these?
