plant shipment woes

For those of you who have had problems with shippers or the plants from AZ,
call again.  The USPS took my order on a tour of the US before delivery and
told me issues  had to originate with shipper too.  If you call during AZ's
busy times (especially Monday) it is almost impossible to get through.  Try
again, they were great and took care of me.  They state on the website that
the email isn't checked as often.
