John, 
Check www.garf.org.  They are salt water reef and coral supplier (they propogate their own corals rather than farm them from the ocean) but they have had mangrove seedlings in the recent past.

Other online coral and reef suppliers might also have mangroves since they are typically a brackish or salt water plant.  A good local salt or reef store might also be able to aquire some from their suppliers.
