Finding a specimen

Hello:
     I am trying to find a specimen(s) of Echinodorus, "Red Flame" Tropica 
#073 H.  Tropica does not import into US.  I am sure that some specimens
must be available.  Tropica only ships potted specimens.  But I am told to
ship into the the US it must come as a bare root.  Does any one have a
source or any such specimen for sale.  Help?
