It covers all of the above, including such things as substrate heating, 
CO2 injection  - even pruning methods.  It also has a section on how to
diagnose specific problems; like how to tell when you don't have enough
light, how to recognize different kinds of algae and different sorts of
damage to plants.

Being a small book (92 pages including the index) all of the discussion is
very brief.  There is a section on plant species, but don't buy the book
for plant identificiation.  The plants descriptions section certainly is
not comprehensive, but the photographs are very nice.

P.S.  I order Diana Walstad's new book back on Dec. 6 using the URL
that Steve Pushak refered to in his letter of Dec. 5.  The book arrived
today (Dec. 14) by US Mail.  Pretty good turnaround.
