Jonathan,
check this drawing of B. lohachata I made few years ago:
http://www.hut.fi/~jkorpela/kala4.jpg

I have 6 of them. They never grew much, and they are still only
7-11 cm long. I have seen two yoyo's that were about 20 cm long.
Anyway, they never bother other fish or plants, they are funny and
active and thrive nicely with flake food and vegetables. Young fish
have black stripes on white background (like in my drawing), but
older fish fade and the pattern is dark grey on light grey
background. Look under such names as "yo-yo loach", "reticulated
loach" or "Pakistani loach" or any variation of these.
