[APD] Ca and Mg for EI

I am quite comfortable to go with the EI method of dosing. However my tap water is quite soft at 2dKH and my TE does not have Mg.

For a 100 litre tank, how much would I have to add CaCO3 (or CaCl2) and MgSO47H2O after a 50% weekly water change? TIA.
