[APD] DIY CO2 and Vinegar

I'm intriqued by the idea of making CO2 with
vinegar bacteria instead of yeast, but every
source I've seen comments on how much the
bacteria need oxygen to function.

How am I going to provide them with oxygen
and harvest the CO2 at the same time?
