[APD] Beginners

Hi

I'm a beginner to aqua plants here. Wondering any
Singaporeans out there? Can anyone give me a crash
course on lighting and fertilisation of plants and the
fertilisers' effects on fish. Flourescent lights are
the norm in a tank set up, anyone had success with
Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs)? Just a curious
thought...
