If I remember correctly, one sends an email to majordomo at actwin_com with 
"subscribe nfc" in the body of the message to subscribe to the list.  
Concerning the gambusia, please contact Herb Harris, who is our 
Breeder's Program Administrator and the Electronic Auction Coordinator.
