Whimple Piranha (scale eater)
False Cleaner Wrasse (eats flesh of very large fish)
any of the other piscivorous piranhas ... they school-attach some fairly
large prey
cookie cutter shark (they specialize in whales but they can attach large
fishes as well)
exodon paradoxus (another scale eater... but will take much more if it can
get it)

Obviously I was using a liberal definition of "eating bigger fish" as the
whole fish isn't eaten by most of these species, but rather parts of the
larger fish.
