Hi Robert,
I was on-line, trying to find a web site that could help me with some
questions concerning Rainbow Trout and if it was possible to raise them
in an indoor aquarium. I found your site and thought you may be able to
help. I have always been fascinated by rainbow trout and have fished the
Kern River for Rainbows in the past. I was wondering if I could catch one
with a barbless hock and bring it home in a insulated bucket with an air
supply, if I could put a tank in my living room so I could enjoy the
beauty of the rainbow trout on a daily basis. if this is possible, could
you please give me any advise regarding this matter as to how large the
tank should be, how cold the water should and what type of filter system
should I use and any other relevant information. I would appreciate your
help with this matter and if you could also provide me with names of web
sites that may be helpful, it would really be appreciated. Thank you. My
