I'm not sure if this will help any, but we raised fruit flies in AP Biology,
it was a lab on sex linked traits, but anyways. At the same time, we had
many fruit flies flying around the classroom. My teacher told us that the
cold weather would eventually kill them, I don't know if this would help any,
we had a few in our house and put a fly trap up, with little success. They
did eventually go away when the weather got colder, but I'm unsure of your
climate, so I guess this isn't very controlable. Just thought I'd add my
$.02! BTW - I'm new to this list and am looking forward to getting to know
all of you wonderful people!!
