FEED THEM!  If you have no algae in the tank, they won't get enough food.
Get some bottom feeder wafers.  Don't get them hooked on these though or
they might not go back to algae!

Subject: SAE DIEING

About a month ago I had 8 SAE's. Now I'm down to 4. Another is dying right 
now. I can't figure it out. I've had them for about 6 months now and I've had 
no problems at all. They are a bit thin. I think they might be starving to 
death. THe thing is, all of my other fish seem to be doing fine. Whatever 
explanations you can offer are greatly appreciated.
