The needle valve will work with the 850 psi in a CO2 tank, but it will not
do what you want (give a low flow rate (2 L/day)).  You will also need a
regulator (about the same price, used, to get the pressure down to 2-3 psi
so that the needle valve can do its job.  Get a regulator from a beer
place, they can make you one that is 0-10 psi.
