You must know that the SERA fe test doesn't seem to show the chelated iron. It's probably why your test is 0, however you have iron in your water. Try the Dupla test instead... but you must read the book "The Optimum Aquarium" by Kaspar Horst, and you will learn why such fe test kits can't read the good fe value. Don't worry about that.

Try to add 1 drop of "DuplaPlant24" per 13,20 US gallon each day and you will get all your plant need in your tanks.
