	I think you may be adding too much yeast to your solution.  I
use the exact same mixture as above, but use only a tablespoon of yeast.
This way, the sugar lasts a lot longer.  Also, check to see that everything
is properly sealed ie: no escape of CO2 out the top of the bottle, etc.
