yeast



Hi Erik,

I think that your yeast are not doing too well becuase you are adding

1.  Too much yeast
2.  Too much sugar

I tend to add 1/2 cup sugar and about 1/2 teaspoon yeast.  This causes a 
slower fermentation and a more controllable production of CO2.
