So..  the site about the whole PW subject is good and all...  but I'm 
confused as to what the current status is with the whole thing?

Is it not over?

It appears that Novak is no longer sewing anyone...  is this not the case?

I'm afraid my lacking lawyer skills leave me confused on a question that 
has been nagging me for many months.
