[APD] Bladderwort and Ich/Disease Organisms
Hey all.
I put a 3" sprig of common bladderwort in one of my aquariums -- it's under
very poor lighting, anything but good plant conditions. Just the same, the
thing has doubled in size in a week. An impressive and attractive plant. I
know that the bladders can catch things like Daphnia, fish fry, and so
forth, but has anyone ever heard of the bladders potentially trapping
disease organisms, and even acting as a control on them? Any citations for
this?
