Lots of pond people use them, along with Pondtabbs, Highland Rim tablets,
Job's tree spikes (broken into pieces) and even general purpose granular
ferts. Obviously, a 10,000 gal. outdoor pond with 70% surface cover and
emersed plants is a different world from a planted aquarium. I think the
tabs should work fine in an aquarium, though.
