Looking for Nuphar Sagittifolia

Dear folks,

As a nuphar collector, I'm still looking for Nuphar Sagittifolia which heard 
from Rataj's book this plant native from South Carolina and become one of 
the most beautiful nuphar.
I'm willing to order this (if available in bulb or small size plant will be 
perfect) and courier through DHL to ensure arrive safely.
Anybody can help me , please?
