Why do you care what anyone here thinks about you, your business, or your
obsession with this lawsuit? You've already dismissed us as just so much
rabble. Your posts here destroy any remaining goodwill that might turn into
a purchase from your company. Frankly, I don't see that you have suffered
much damage that is not self-inflicted. The original posts that are the
subject of your lawsuit *may* have prevented *some* percentage of the 1500
or so members of this list from placing an order from you. Your own actions
guarantee that just about all of us won't be doing business with you. And
even then, the actual damages are minimal. A 10% market penetration and 15%
return on investment is considered great in any business. If 10% of us made
an average order of $50 per year from you, and your profit margin is 15%,
we're talking about lost income to you of $1125 per year from members of
this forum as a result of your own actions. If you hadn't made such an ass
out of yourself, the loss would be far less.
