You seem to monitor this list closely so I will respond to you here rather
than directly.
Have you considered that your lawsuit is being discussed not only on the
Internet but probably also on the intranets of some of the largest companies
on the country? I suspect that the weight of the opinions stated there are
somewhat negative to your company. Since you've added Comserve and a local
Better Business Bureau to your list, perhaps you should consider adding such
companies as IBM and GM as well. You'd get a lot of great publicity by doing
that. LOL
And I heard someone in a bar saying negative things about your company,
believe it or not! The idea of suing your customers is so strange. Your
reputation is really spreading!
It might become a case study at Harvard. Like Enron certainly will.
Why don't you just stop this and get back to running your business?
