Brine Shrimp

I'm growing brine shrimp for the first time and need some information.  My
first batch has hatched, but I have some questions.  I'm using the SF Bay
Brand's "Hatchery Kit" and a packet of "Hatch Mix" (salt and brine shrimp
eggs).

Can I grow out this quantity of shrimp in a 2.5 gallon aquarium?
How long from hatching to maturity?
Should I be changing the water?
How much salt should I be adding per gallon of water? Per liter?
Is there an easy way to feed them?
