[Live-foods] rotifera culturing

Hi,

 

I would like to establish a culture of rotifers (gelatin and non-gelatin). I
have several questions:

1.	Should I use for this culture individual that I can collect from a
lake? Or better to hatch eggs (if I can find), and if the hatching is
better, how should I do it?
2.	What medium should I use?
3.	in what physical conditions (light, temp ect.) do you use to
culture?
4.	What do you feed them?
5.	What density and volume do you use?
