I had read somewhere that as long as they are still orange they still
have good nutrition.  The last batch I made was about a double of my
usual and it lasted 3 days in the fridge before they started losing
the orange color.  Is that too long?

Now I know why the hatch was so low from that last container I used, I
started keeping the can in the fridge and would just pop the lid open
and get a teaspoon full to hatch, I didn't think about the moisture
thing.
