Amano Shrimp sushi

I've seen many beautiful planted tanks with anglefish and discus.  Does
anyone keep Amano shrimp in these tanks or would they just be considered
sushi on the hoof?  I am contemplating the addition of a pair of adult
anglefish that have been raised with smaller, bite-size fish.  Also,
does anybody keep dwarf African frogs in their planted tanks or are they
also not compatible with Angels or shrimp or anything else?
