I'll take bets that the information is as outdated as the stuff your water
service posts now, annually. You get authoritative analysis of your local
water that can commonly and legally be as much as *three years* out of date!
They give it to you as if it is hot off the press, but that's *not* the way
the system works.

Anyone want to bet the "timely and accurate information" will include on
each reported line item a "most recent test date?" Not a prayer!
