I have it on good authority that a ok translation has been prepared, it has
been fixed to be a good translation, it is half way thru copy editing, a
well-known (to us) glossary preparer has been identified (but not yet
contacted), Ms. Kasselmann has seen the revised translation and considers
it OK, and that the book will likely appear in time for a back-to-school gift!

If all this turns out to be true, I will be selling the hard cover edition
in my store.
