OK, So sometimes I get lazy and I forget to dose my PMDD.... But sometimes I am away for several days, or very busy, and cannot dose. Has anyone built a DIY doser for PMDD? Or are there reasonable ($$$) dosing systems that someone has bought and used for PMDD? TIA - Jeff
